Hōryū-ji (法隆寺) is a Buddhist temple, widely acknowledged to have some of the oldest wooden buildings existing in the world, and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Tour continues to visit Tenri-Plant of Sharp Corporation, where History of Sharp and Current Technology including large-format LCD panels.
TODAI-JI TEMPLE MORNING WALK

Meeting place: Entrance of the Great Buddha Hall (大仏殿 Daibutsuden), Todaiji Temple, 7-minutes walk from the Venue
Guided by Mr. Hashimoto, the Former Bishop of the Todai-ji Temple.
Todai-ji is a Buddhist temple complex, established at 8th century. The temple is a listed UNESCO World Heritage site as "Historic Monuments of Ancient Nara". Great Buddha Hall, the largest wooden building in the world, houses a bronze statue of the Buddha, Daibutsu(大仏). The tour begins at Daibutsu-Hall and visit Shun-jyou Do(俊乗堂) to appreciate Chogen’s statue (重源上人坐像), not usually shown to the public and National Treasure(国宝). Chogen is a holy priest worked for the reconstruction of the Todai-ji Temple in 12th century. The tour comes to an end to visit Nigatsu Do(二月堂).
